This is a photo of our Boston, Brooks. She loves the woods. I have always liked this photo of her...as you can tell she's kind of an ugly little dog (but we love her anyway:)), so it's hard to get a good photo of her. This one has that out of focus branch in the foreground. I went ahead and used both the dodge and the burn...Looking at it now I think I could have done a little less on her face.

Although you are 100% satisfied with your work, I think you did well and this is a great example of how the dodge and burn technique can make a subject stand out in a photo!
ReplyDeleteAnd your comment about her being an "ugly" little dog is WAY out of line! She is a gorgeous girl and a great example of the breed! If you don't want her (because she is too homely) I know a fine home in the NEK that will show her some love! LOL!
ReplyDeleteNice work Kelly!
